ill give a warning....then if hacker abuses.....kick....if he doesnt stop...ban

ill tell him that there is no freemoney in this citylife and if he starts to annoy me and if he becomes desperate ill warn him.....if he doesnt stop there ill kick then if he continues....ban

ill tell him that license costs 100k
